Cali Beach has a massive variety of seating areas available on a walk-in basis. Please note these are non-reservable and are on a first-in best-dressed scenario. We recommend arriving early to secure these. For more information on these locations please use our map here.

Cali Beach is a premium day and night venue. To ensure all guests enjoy their experience, we maintain a smart casual dress code. Think European summer or upmarket rooftop bar style. For inspiration, check our Instagram and social media pages.

General Guidelines:

• Smart casual attire is recommended at all times whether you’re attending for the day, night or to swim in the pool.
• Flexibility and discretion may be applied, but when in doubt, please err on the side of smart casual—guests may be refused entry if standards are not met.

Not Permitted Without Prior Approval:

• Ripped/dirty clothing
• Hard-capped shoes
• Sports team or club apparel
• Fancy dress or costumes

Other:

Management reserves the right to refuse entry at their discretion to ensure the comfort, safety, and enjoyment of all guests.

ID is a requirement by law and is unavoidable. Only the following forms of identification are accepted as proof of age to allow entry into the premises:

• a current Australian driver’s license or permit,
• a valid Digital iD
• a current Australian or foreign passport,
• a current Government issued proof of age card,
• other current identity documents approved by the Liquor Licensing Division such as the Victorian Key-pass,
• an overseas drivers license that must contain the persons photograph, date of birth and be written in the English language.

Our approach to tattoos is consistent with that of similar licensed venues in Queensland and is in place to ensure the comfort and enjoyment of all our guests.

• Guests with tattoos are welcome. We respect the cultural and religious significance of all tattoos.
• Management reserves the right to refuse entry to individuals with a significant amount of visible tattoos; and head, face and hand tattoos are not permitted without prior approval. Discretion may be applied depending on size and nature.
• Guests are encouraged to contact us in advance if uncertain and take a conservative coverage approach where possible.

The pool is available for you to enjoy every DAY we are open until 8pm.

Food and drink (including water) purchased elsewhere may not be consumed inside Cali Day Club or Cali After Dark. If you have any dietary requirements you will need to contact Cali Beach in advance so we can look at accommodating your request. 

You are welcome to leave the venue however you will be required to line-up upon re-entry. 

There are two elevators at the venue to get patrons in and out.

All Daybeds, Booths and Cabanas will be provided with towels upon arrival to your booking. If additional towels are required please see your host on the day.

Please be aware we do not allow the use of personal towels and they cannot be brought into the venue. 

No, under 18s are NOT permitted into the venue under any circumstances.

No ticket is required for Priority Entry, your name will be added to our Priority Entry list and you will be asked to provide photo ID on the day to verify your booking.

Cali Beach has an assortment of free seating areas available, but this is not guaranteed. We always advise to book Daybeds, Booths or Cabanas where possible to avoid disappointment. 

Friday: Bookings and arrivals from 5pm

Saturday: 12pm till 6pm / 7pm till close (arrivals from 7pm for night bookings)

Sunday:  12pm till close

Please advise staff when making a booking and placing your order. Whilst every endeavour is taken to ensure that cross contamination doesn’t occur, we are not a gluten free kitchen and some cross contamination my occur.
